New Creations USA

New Creations USA has provided repair and restoration services to Vancouver, Washington for the past 20 years. Their business focuses on the repair and restoration of auto interiors, RVs, boats, homes, and commercial spaces. Over the last few years, New Creations USA has experienced exponential growth, and with plans to further expand in the Pacific Northwest they needed to attract new business and new employees.

New Creations USA came to Ichor with an outdated website that was a barricade to their success. In response, Ichor helped New Creations USA launch a stylish new site that maintained brand consistency with their sister company in Canada, while still representing their unique products and services.

The Challenges

The New Creations USA website needed a major facelift. And to make matters worse, their Canadian sister company New Creations had a more modern website that made New Creations USA’s website look even more dated. New Creations USA wanted to maintain consistent branding with their sister company, while differentiating their services. They needed a website that spotlighted their set of products and targeted a different market of customers than their sister company. The new website also needed to serve the company’s growth by attracting new employees to join their team.

Our Solution

Ichor redesigned New Creations USA’s website using the Canadian sister site as inspiration. Using colors, fonts, and logos consistent with the Canadian site, Ichor still maintained enough differences to make New Creation USA’s site unique. By incorporating different images, shapes and textures, and reorganizing site navigation, Ichor brought stylish distinction to New Creations USA brand. We also use the “About” page to attract new talent to New Creations USA’s team, prompting prospective techs to upload resumes via a short intake form.
